Noodle dishes are always a good idea!

Chop glass noodles, put them in a suitable bowl, pour boiling hot water over them, swell for ten to twelve minutes.

Drain the noodles and drain well.

Cut the snow peas diagonally into pieces. Quickly stir-fry in sesame oil. Add the peas, noodles and, to taste, cooked shrimp, stir-fry for one minute. Scramble the eggs with the coconut extract, pour over the top and quickly mix.

Once the egg has set, add the herbs and serve on the spot.
