Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. make pasta in large saucepan of boiling hot, lightly salted water. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. When pasta is cooked but still al dente, drain in a colander, return to saucepan, cover and keep warm.

2. cook carrots and corn cobs in boiling hot salted water for 2 minutes. Drain into a colander, plunge into cold water to rinse, and drain repeatedly.

Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly to infuse flavor into oil. Remove ginger with slotted spoon and discard.

4. add garlic, celery, onion and bell bell pepper to oil form and cook over medium heat for 2 min, stirring constantly. Add carrots and baby corn. Cook for another 2 min, stirring constantly, then mix in the pasta set aside.
