Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Blanch (scald) the mushrooms with boiling hot water and soak for 20 min. Clean spinach, rinse, blanch in boiling hot salted water for 3 min and drain well in a sieve. Cut the meat into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Clean the leek, zucchini and carrots, rinse and cut into tender strips. Roast the onions, meat, leek, zucchini, spinach and the drained mushrooms in the oil for 5 min each in turn, place in a saucepan and keep warm. Simmer glass noodles in boiling hot salted water for ten minutes, rinse when cool, drain well and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and bring to the table on the spot.
