Try this delicious cake recipe:

Cut the honey cake into about 15 finder-thick slices, cut each slice into 4 strips.

Mix confectioners’ sugar with eggs, cocoa and rum. Mix with melted coconut oil until smooth.

Coat the honey cake strips with this amount and drain well.

Toast the coconut in a coated frying pan without fat and roll the Santa Claus fingers in it.
