Peel the oranges down to the flesh, remove the fillets between the partitions. Peel the kiwis, cut them in half and cut the halves into thicker slices. Sugar oranges, kiwis and strawberries and infuse for 30 minutes.

Drain the resulting juice from the fruit and bring to a boil in a saucepan with the apple juice and rolled barley. Cook for about 10 min until the rolled barley is translucent, cool.

Rinse the apples, cut into thin wedges and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. Mix into the rolled barley with the remaining fruit and set aside to cool.
