A cake recipe for all foodies:

For the dough, melt butter. Cool, but do not allow to set. In the meantime, beat sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and salt until creamy.

Mix in cooled fat, baking powder and flour.

Peel apples, cut into quarters and remove core. Fold into the dough.

Grease a 24 cm dia. cake springform pan. Pour the dough into it.

Place the pan in the heated oven on the lowest shelf.

Bake for 50 minutes at 200 degrees (gas 3).

Take out the cake. Carefully remove from the pan. Put on a cake wire
