Orange Salad

Total time: 45 min

Since the oranges themselves are already tart, you don’t need vinegar or juice from a lemon to dress this leaf salad.

Peel the oranges. You should remove the white skin just as accurately. Cut the oranges into thin slices. Collect the juice in a bowl. Remove the seeds with a small knife. Place the oranges on a large salad plate, slightly overlapping each other. Pour the juice over them. Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil over the oranges. Season lightly with salt and a tiny bit of paprika and bring to the table on the spot. Tip: – Oranges will stay fresh for a week at room temperature, or two to three weeks in the refrigerator. The juice and peel are excellent for freezing.
