For the raspberry-peach lassi, wash the peaches, remove the seeds and peel off the skin. Sort out the raspberries.

Puree the fruit in a stand mixer or with a blender and mix in the yogurt and milk with the peach balsamic vinegar.

Serve the raspberry-peach lassi in a nice glass with a straw.
