Instructions:

Boil the water with the tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. With the temperature turned down, simmer on low heat for about 15 min.

Then add the milk and repeatedly bring to a boil briefly.

Pour the tea through a sieve, add the honey and serve hot.
