Clean the corn on the cob, mix with the salt and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Rub dry on top and layer upright in jars, mixing with the spices. Boil the vinegar, pour over it and seal the jars.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
