Instructions:

For the fondant, place marshmallows with 3 tablespoons water in a large bowl and microwave 3-4 times at 600 watts. Mix with 500 g sifted powdered sugar and finish kneading with 500 g sifted powdered sugar.

Knead until the mixture is smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 2 hours.
