For the 3-color cake, first mix all the ingredients for the cake mixture well in a cake machine. Now divide the dough into thirds and stir in the food coloring well in each case.
Fill the colored dough into greased springform pans and bake for 45 min at 180°. Make sure you check the cake! For the ganache, bring the whipped cream to the boil and immediately remove from the flame.
Then stir in the chopped chocolate and stir with a fork until the chocolate has dissolved. Then transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.
The next day, whip with a hand mixer. Spread the first cooled layer of dough with ganache, now put the next layer on top and again spread with ganache and put the last layer on top.
Brush the outside of the cake with the remaining ganache. Roll out the white rolled fondant and place it over the cake and smooth it out. Now roll out the colored roll fondant and cut out the bosses with the help of a suitable roll fondant stick and fix them with a little water.
