Brown the meat in olive oil. Add long grain rice and fry briefly. Extinguish with beef broth.

Add paradeis pulp, peas and mushrooms. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Close saucepan and keep warm.

When the long-grain rice is cooked, season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper and stir in the sage.

Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving.
