Cook Ebly according to package directions.
In the meantime, cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season to taste. Wash the mushrooms and melanzani and cut into small slices. Drain the corn.
Brown the chicken breast in a pan with a little oil. Then add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
If the water in the saucepan with the Ebly has not yet boiled away, drain it. Then add Ebly to the meat and vegetables. Stir well. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top and let it melt.
Serve the pan with fresh Parmesan and some parsley.
