Rinse fresh mint, shake dry and chop finely.

Place mint in a large enough bowl. Add salt, cumin, yogurt and chili seasoning and mix everything together well. Serve with pakoras, egg balls or samosas.

Tip: Use plain or light yogurt as needed!
