Clean, wash and chop broccoli. Chop onion and garlic. Clean and wash spinach. Peel avocados.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Sauté broccoli, onion and garlic, add spinach. Pour in soup and cook for about 5 minutes.
Dice avocado, add 2/3, mash, season. Drizzle the rest with juice.
Serve the soup on plates and sprinkle with avocado cubes.
