For the beer-ham bread, put the flour, baking powder, beer and salt in a bowl and knead into a dough.

Then knead the finely chopped ham into the dough. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with water and bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes. After about 10 minutes, cut the bread lengthwise once on the upper side.

The beer-ham bread can also be varied with other ingredients such as Gouda, fried onions or pumpkin seeds.
