For the broccoli soup, wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Heat some sunflower oil, add the broccoli and the peas and let them steam a bit.
Add the apple pieces, deglaze with vegetable soup and simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, season the soup with the spices and add the sour cream. Bring to the boil briefly and finely puree the broccoli soup.
