For the avocado-grapefruit salad, peel the grapefruit and remove the fruit fillets. Catch the juice that comes out in a glass, as it will be needed later for the marinade.

Peel the avocados, remove the pit and chop the flesh into small cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that the avocado does not lose its juicy green color.
