For the broccoli vegetables with shrimp, first cut the onion into fine cubes. Sauté in hot fat and sprinkle with curry and continue to steam.

Clean the broccoli and separate the roses from the stalk. Then add the broccoli roses and milk and cook for about 6 minutes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Peel and devein the shrimp, rinse when cooled and dry.

Peel and dice garlic and sauté in hot oil. Add shrimp and sauté about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp.

For the juice, first pour a little water into the pan and bring to a boil briefly, creating a tasty juice.

Serve the broccoli vegetables with shrimp with fresh crusty baguette.
