For the cream and curd dessert, whip the curd with the whipped cream and honey until the honey is completely dissolved. Grate the zest from one orange and add to the curd.

Then peel and fillet both oranges. Cut the orange fillets, except for 4 for the garnish, into very small pieces and also add to the curd.
