For the Bohème coffee, prepare a Nespresso capsule, for example Linizio Lungo, in a glass of water.

Pour it into a glass carafe filled one-third full with ice.

Add port, syrup, gin, brandy and red wine.Stir the mixture for 20 seconds with a cocktail spoon.

Cut pineapple, mango, cherries and strawberries into pieces and add them.

Add tonic and stir gently.

Serve the coffee Bohème in a glass with ice cubes and some pieces of fruit from the carafe.
