For the chocolate muffins, whisk the egg with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until light and fluffy.

Melt the dark chocolate with the margarine at low wattage in the microwave or in a bain-marie and cool to room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees convection and grease silicone muffin tins. Add the yogurt to the egg-sugar mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the margarine-chocolate melts as well.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and add together with the chopped milk chocolate and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the silicone molds and bake for about 30 minutes.
