Preheat kitchen stove to 200 °C. Cream butter with vanilla pulp, powdered sugar, egg yolks, instant coffee, I tsp orange zest. Mix flour, cocoa and stir in. Put the mixture into a piping bag with a small nozzle.

Pipe 80 kidney-shaped strips about 3 cm long onto 3 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake each for about 12 minutes, cool.

Knead the marzipan paste with I tsp. jam, liqueur, orange peel. Roll out and make 2 cookies at a time.

Melt the cooking chocolate in a hot water bath. Form into a freezer bag and cut a small corner into small pieces. Decorate coffee marzipan cookies with the cooking chocolate and top with a mocha bean of your choice.
