For the coffee-beer liqueur, briefly bring the beer and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Add the spirit of wine and the rum and stir well. Add the coffee beans and the pulp of the vanilla beans, cover well and store in a dark place for 3 weeks.

Remove the coffee beans and bottle through a filter.
