For the tomato dip, peel the tomatoes. To do this, briefly immerse in boiling water, rinse in cold water and peel off the skin.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and remove the seeds.

Chop olives and capers.

Wash basil, shake dry and chop the leaves finely as well.
