For the chocolate pear tart, grease a tart pan a little. First mix the flour with the almonds. Now crumble the butter (room temperature) in pieces with the flour (rub between your fingers to create crumbs).

Stir in the water, and possibly a little flour as well – you want a soft dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Then roll out the dough and line the tart pan with it, pricking the dough evenly with a fork. Meanwhile, put the form with the dough in the cold.

For the filling, cream the liquid butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs and add the almonds and cocoa powder.

Spread the mixture on the tart pan. Place the pears on top and press them lightly. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes until the filling has risen.

Serve the chocolate pear tart in pieces.
