For the pumpkin wedges with raw ham, peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into wedges about 2 cm thick. Brush the wedges with oil and sprinkle with rosemary.

Cut the raw ham in half lengthwise and wrap around the pumpkin wedges. Place the pumpkin wedges in a baking dish and bake at 150 °C for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve the pumpkin wedges with raw ham with a dip of your choice or as a side dish.
