Instructions:

Soften the potatoes in about half an hour with the peel. Then peel and squeeze hot into a suitable bowl. Spread the butter evenly in flakes on top and knead well. Cool the mixture completely.

In the meantime, grease a 24 cm pizza pan (for 4 servings).

Cut the tomatoes in half. Remove the soft inside and use elsewhere. Cut the flesh into rough cubes and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Chop the onions and garlic and mix with the herbs. Chop the olives from the pit into strips. Season the potato mixture lightly with salt and season with pepper. Mix in the flour with the dough hook of the food processor. Knead on a lightly floured work surface. The dough should be pliable and no longer sticky. Then place in the pizza pan and roll out with a small pasta roller or with your hands. Pull up a little at the edge. Prick the dough a few times with a fork and place in the oven (center). Pre-bake for about 20 minutes.

Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the pre-baked base. Spread the tomato cubes evenly on top. Season heavily with pepper and lightly with salt, since olives and feta cheese are already salted. Spread the onion mixture and the olives evenly on top and drizzle everything together with the olive oil. Finally, crumble the feta cheese on top. N
