Gently heat the beer (do not make) and let the sugar melt in it so that it caramelizes. Add cinnamon, cloves and maybe anise of choice and infuse a little bit. Cool ! Fold in the grain with a whisk and run over a coffee filter if desired ( patience required). Then bottle and rest for 2-3 weeks (aroma).
