Instructions:

First prepare the coffee mixture.

To do this, bring the whipping cream and sugar to the boil in a wide frying pan, reduce the heat.

Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is light brown and viscous.

Remove skillet from heat. Stir through coffee, cocoa and water, add.

Add chocolate, melt while stirring and then spread with a spatula on baking paper in a rectangular shape between 2 pieces of dough (4 mm), leave to set.

For the vanilla mixture, lightly simmer whipping cream, sugar and vanilla pod, (see coffee mixture). Remove the vanilla pod, add the water and chocolate and allow to melt.

Spread the solidified coffee mixture with water or possibly coffee. Pour the vanilla mixture on top, smooth it out, let it set (about 1 hour).

Cut out shapes to taste or possibly cut into pieces.
