Instructions:

Put in a suitable bowl 250 g of cooked beef, cut into small slices, 1 small onion in rings, 1 apple peeled and stalked.

Dilute 2 tbsp. vinegar with a little bit of defatted clear soup, add 2 tbsp. oil, pour over the meat, infuse, sprinkle with chives.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
