Try this delicious pasta dish:

In a large non-stick frying pan heat oil (I), add juice of one lemon, garlic, onion as well as melanzane and heat everything together on low heat for 4-5 min until onion and melanzane are lightly browned add tomato puree, season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper, then add powdered sugar and paradeis pulp, bring to a boil and finally simmer gently on low heat for 20 min, stirring occasionally.

Gradually stir in olives and artichokes and heat all together for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook the spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water together with oil (Ii) until al dente. Drain the pasta, drain well, toss in butter and then arrange on a heated serving platter.

Vegetable-paradeizer sauce on the pasta form, garnish with basil and bring to the table on the spot.
