Grind all ingredients in an electric mixer for 2 minutes, bring to a boil once in a Reindl and pour off through a fine hair sieve into bottles. After the liquid has cooled, stubble the bottles. Celery seasoning vinegar
Peel the celery tuber (if possible, not too thin), rinse it after it has cooled, chop it into coarse shreds and blend it in an electric blender with selleira salt, salt, sugar and water for 5 minutes. Then boil this mixture in a saucepan for 5 min, and pour off through a sieve into a bowl. Add vinegar essence and bottle. After the liquid has cooled, seal the bottles tightly.
Leaf salad seasoning vinegar
Grind all ingredients in an electric blender for 2 min. Then pour through a sieve into a bowl. Squeeze the remaining contents of the sieve well and then discard. Season the homemade vinegar with salt and sugar and bottle.
Mediterranean seasoning mix vinegar essence with wine and water. In a Reindl together bay leaf, shallot shreds, rosemary, coarsely pounded peppercorns, chopped peppers and unpeeled apple slices make 5 minutes. Then strain through a sieve. Depending on your choice, pure olive oil can be added, which has the advantage that the vinegar can be used on the spot as a ready-to-use salad dressing.
