Grate pumpkin, season a little bit with salt, stand for half an hour and then squeeze well. Fold in flour. Crumble sheep’s cheese. Mix eggs and dill, season, mix to formable amount.

Form loafs, fry in oil. Cover and keep warm. Sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds before serving.
