Cut the breakfast bacon into slices, fry in a frying pan, remove from the frying pan, drain and cool. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse the parsley and pluck it from the stems. Put the bacon slices, garlic and parsley through a coarse mincer (e.g. Moulinette), then mix with the lukewarm bacon fat with the beaters of a hand mixer until smooth.
The garlic lard tastes excellent as a spread for a baguette.
Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – this will give this dish a special touch!
