Clean broccoli, rinse, divide into roses. Cut peeled kohlrabi into pieces. Blanch broccoli and kohlrabi briefly in boiling salted water, drain and place in a greased gratin dish.
Remove seeds from peppers, rinse, and cut into small cubes.
Stir in Knorr Vegetable Cooking in cold water, stirring to bring to a boil and make 1 minute. Pour sauce over broccoli and kohlrabi, sprinkle diced peppers and grated cheese. Bake in oven in about 20 min. Bake until golden brown.

170-190 degrees , convection oven
Serve with long-grain rice, perhaps mixed with wild long-grain rice.
