Have fun making this mushroom dish!

Pasta: Make a pasta dough from the dough ingredients.

For the filling :

Clean and chop the men’s mushrooms and sauté them briefly in butter. Add the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. Add bread crumbs, egg yolk and whipped cream.

After resting, roll out the pasta dough 2 mm thin and place a little filling on top at intervals of about 4 cm.

Place a second sheet of dough on top, moisten the edges with water, press smooth and roll out.

Cook al dente in boiling water for about 6-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain and spread evenly on heated plates.

Turn pine nuts in butter to the other side and form over the ravioli.
