Make a thick batter with one egg, two tablespoons of flour, a dash of milk, sugar and cinnamon. Remove the skin from two figs. Cut the apple into eighths. Turn the figs and two apple slices in the dough to the other side and fry in hot fat in oil. Mix the chocolate with a dash of honey, brandy, white wine and an egg yolk to make a zabaglione. Arrange the fried fruits on a zabaglione layer. Drizzle with egg liqueur.
