For the banana cake, beat the egg whites with 3 tablespoons of cold water, the cane sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Then fold in the oil, milk, flour and baking powder. Spread the dough on a smaller baking pan lined with baking paper.

Spread the sliced bananas on top and sprinkle the chopped milk chocolate pieces on top.

Bake the banana cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
