Instructions:

Melt the butter.

Finely chop the parsley.

Peel and chop the onion and sauté in the butter until light.

Beat eggs and milk well, season with salt, pour over the bread cubes.

Mix all ingredients together, let sit for a few minutes. Fold in flour.

Form 6 dumplings with wet hands and cook in enough salted water until slightly boiling.
