For the spaghetti with meatballs, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin and seeds. Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes. Heat oil in a pot.
Brown the onion and carrot, mix with the tomatoes, add salt and pepper, soup seasoning and simmer. Mix minced meat, salt and pepper with egg and breadcrumbs.
Put the pasta water on and cook the spaghetti. Form small dumplings from the meat mixture. Puree the tomato sauce and basil leaves with a hand blender, add the meat balls to the pureed sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve the spaghetti with freshly grated parmesan.
