For the white banana mole cake, separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Cream butter in food processor and gradually add sugar, vanilla pulp and yolks.
Grate chocolate, mix with nuts and baking powder and also add to food processor while stirring. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease springform pan and dust with flour, then pour in batter and bake for 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool.
Cut off a layer on top and crumble it. Peel kiwis and bananas, cut into slices and cover cake base with them.
Whip cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and pour on top of fruit. Grate white chocolate. Mix cake crumbs with chocolate shavings, sprinkle over banana mole cake and press down slightly.
