Instructions:

Rinse the oranges well, cut them into very thin slices and these into small pieces. Heat the molasses, add the orange pieces together with the cinnamon, Madeira and cayenne and gently caramelize the whole thing until the orange juice has boiled down a little. At the end add the cranberry jam and finish.

Serve warm with turkey, game, hot ham, roast pork and cold cuts or possibly meat.

Tip: Use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
