Finely chop carrot, cabbage and onion.

Soak glass noodles in warm water for 1 minute. Strain glass noodles and cut into short pieces.

Mix all ingredients together.

Dip rice paper briefly in warm water.

Put some mixture in the center of each rice paper. Roll up 2x. Then fold the corners inward to form a triangle. Continue rolling.
