An unusual leaf salad, but easy to prepare. It goes well with mozzarella or possibly goat cheese, with raw ham, grilled or possibly fried white fish, e.g. cod or possibly haddock, even with chicken or possibly pork. Use only zucchinis that are firm and not too large Fresh zucchini unpeeled and cut lengthwise into slices as fine as possible (vegetable slicer or possibly bread slicer) Roast in frying pan or possibly under the oven handle until lightly browned on both sides.
