Put the berries in a saucepan, add sugar and liqueur and boil briefly, then crush the berries and keep warm.
For the dumplings: put the juice, sugar, yogurt of lemon and orange in a large enough bowl, stir a little. Whip the cream until stiff and mix gently. Soak gelatin in cold water, squeeze well and melt in a little bit of warmed rum and add to the amount form. Set aside to cool for a couple of hours to set. Put the berry sauce on a plate, cut out dumplings and put them on it, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bring to the table. Wish everyone a good success and bon appétit.
