For the minced meat roast with apple and cranberry, peel the apples and dice them finely.

Cut the cranberries into small cubes as well. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Beat the egg and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the mince with the apple cubes (keep 2 tablespoons back), breadcrumbs, shallot, egg, salt, pepper and dried sage.

Shape the mince into a loaf and place in an aluminum dish. Mix the brown sugar with mustard and coat the roast with it. Then top with apple cubes and cranberry cubes and press down.

Bake the minced meat with apple and cranberries at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
