Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the whole grain fruit porridge, heat water in a pot and stir in the cereal flakes. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and allow to swell.

Peel the apple, remove the stem, skin and core and cut into pieces. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft.

Slice the banana and add to the apple pieces. Puree with a blender and stir into the cereal porridge. Now stir in the butter.

If necessary, let the whole grain fruit porridge cool down to eating temperature.
