For the wild garlic salt, wash, drain and finely puree the wild garlic. Mix the wild garlic and about 150 g of salt well in a blender to make a paste. Then mix in a bowl with the remaining salt. There are two options for drying: Spread it out on a baking sheet covered with kitchen paper and put it outside. Takes about 8 hours on a sunny day. Or you can dry everything in the oven. Put the finished salt on a baking sheet in the oven for a few hours at 50° – 60°. You have to put a wooden spoon by the door of the oven, so that air can get to the wild garlic salt!
